It all starts with the night before...

The first step to build a healthy morning routine begins with the night before. Going to bed early is essential as you need to get enough sleep to be able to wake up feeling refreshed. To help you calm down and relaxed the night before, try taking a warm bath and add some cooling bath salts.

Stop hitting that snooze button!

Set a time to wake up – and stick to it! Once your body gets used to waking up at the same time everyday, you'll find that it gets easier. Avoid hitting the snooze button as it will just make you feel more groggy.

Once you're up, make the bed. It's a simple thing to do that's also really effective because you won't want to end up just crashing back in bed and messing up your carefully made bedsheets.
